2 questionsCan I see the event before publishing?
Yes. Every supported event type has a guided setup and a full private preview before guest access is activated.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Build the event and inspect the full private preview without a card. Payments are not active yet.
Does it support video?
Yes. Guests upload photos and videos from the browser, while viewing uses secure optimized versions.
Who owns the uploaded memories?
The event remains controlled by its owners. Memboux does not use private event media as advertising inventory.
Can I download the originals?
Yes, while your package and retention window allow it. Originals stay private and are served only through an explicit authorized download.
Do guests need an app or account?
No app is required. Guests open the event link or QR in their browser and contribute under the event’s access settings.
Can our photographer join?
Yes. The Official Photographer workspace connects selections, editing, and the event’s same Official Album without duplicate final albums.
Can I protect the event?
Yes. Enable a PIN and control who can help manage the event.
Does Memboux Free expire?
Memboux Free has no timed guest-access expiry. It includes 200 lifetime uploads and 2 GB of original data. Original-file availability has its own retention period, shown in the event package.
When can I buy a package?
Package purchases are opening soon. You can create an event and explore the available plans today.
What happens after the wedding?
The gallery remains available according to your package. The dashboard shows storage, retention, and exports. Destructive automatic deletion is not active.
