Refund and cancellation policy
Before payment
You may cancel hosted checkout before payment completes. Returning from or cancelling the browser page does not create or activate a purchase.
Requesting a refund
For beta support, submit a request with the order reference through the Privacy/Support contact. Never send card details. Eligibility, time limits and tax documentation must be finalized before launch.
Data and entitlements after a refund
A refund never automatically deletes media, shortens retention or blindly removes entitlements. Payment and entitlement are flagged for safe operational review. Partial refunds are technically supported, but the commercial policy still requires confirmation.
