Terms of use
The service
Memboux enables private event galleries, collaborator invitations, guest uploads and optional personal cloud backups. Features may evolve during the testing period.
Accounts and access
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials/PINs and grant access only to appropriate people. Owner, editor and viewer roles have different permissions.
Content
You retain rights in your content. You grant only the technically necessary permission to store, process, display and, when you connect a personal cloud account, automatically copy content there for backup. Illegal, deceptive, malicious or infringing content is prohibited. Reported media is hidden immediately pending admin review.
Optional Google Drive backups
Connecting Google Drive is optional and automatically enables an initial and continuous sync of your owned events. Copies are stored in the personal Google Drive account you connect and remain subject to Google's quotas, availability and terms. Memboux displays backup status, but you should verify that important files transferred successfully. You may revoke access at any time; this stops future syncs without automatically deleting copies already stored in your Drive.
Deletion and availability
Trash has a 30-day recovery period. The service should not be treated as the only backup of important files. Access expiry is not automatic deletion.
Commercial terms
Wedding Essential (€99), Pro (€169) and Signature (€279) are one-off purchases for one specific event, not subscriptions. Before payment, checkout shows the final price, original storage, retention period and event. There are no hidden charges or automatic renewals. Tax/invoicing treatment and complete seller details will be professionally confirmed before purchases open.
Payment and activation
Payment is hosted by Stripe. Returning to Memboux is not proof of payment: a package activates only after the transaction is securely confirmed.
